本週惠妮官網經典MV回顧-I Have Nothing "I Have Nothing" was the third single off the hit soundtrack The Bodyguard and was Whitney's first song to be nominated for an Academy Award for "Best Original Song". The video was directed by Steve Barron, who also directed the videos for Michael Jackson's "Billie Jean", Madonna's "Burning Up" and the innovative music video for A-Ha's "Take On Me". Similar to the other videos from The Bodyguard soundtrack, "I Have Nothing" is interspersed with scenes from the hit movie and shows Whitney singing to guests at a dinner party. The second single from the hit soundtrack The Bodyguard, "I'm Every Woman" shows the strong and confident side of Whitney Houston. Not only does the video display an empowered Whitney but also features great cameo's from her mom Cissy Houston, then label-mates TLC and of course Chaka Khan, who recorded the song originally. "I'm Every Woman" peaked at #4 on the Billboard Hot 100 Charts, where it stayed in the Top 40 for nearly 19 weeks, and #1 on the Billboard Hot Dance/Club Play chart.
