Whitney Houston 'Nips' Family Estate, Sued By Stepmother

Whitney Houston is reportedly at the center of a family dispute.
According to court papers, obtained by TMZ, Houston's step mother is lining up a court battle with the singer over money she claims is owed from her late husband's will.
Houston was reportedly made a beneficiary to her dad's estate. When the "I Will Always Love You" singer's father died in 2003, Houston's step mother Barbara says she has not received her share of the estate.
In a lawsuit filed in May, Barbara alleges her stepdaughter was instructed to use her father's $1 million life insurance policy to pay off the mortgage on his apartment and hand over the title to the property and any remaining funds.
Whitney Houston has denied the claim.
