Whitney Houston looked to be in a good mood as she waved at fans while leaving her hotel in Los Angeles on Friday night (February 11).

While her career comeback remains questionable at best, it appears things in Whitney’s personal life are coming full circle.

The iconic singer supported her ex-husband Bobby Brown earlier this month, by singing at his mother’s funeral.

Bobby’s mother Carole Brown passed away on January 20 and Whitney reportedly reached out to her ex-husband and asked if she could be a part of the funeral, which was held in Boston.

Whitney performed twice during the service, singing a solo of the gospel song Precious Lord Take My Hand and then joining in with Johnny Gill and the New Edition Choir when they sang Never Would Have Made It.

The 47-year-old singer, who struggled to hit some of the high notes on her UK tour last year, had a microphone but showed off her powerful voice as she paid tribute to her late mother-in-law.
